ooh looks nice, do u have the recipe? tofu or chickpeas or something else?  

I used a "spencers" butter chicken spice mix. And cooked it with coconut milk chicken breast, chickpeas and cauliflower. But I'm you can substitute tofu for chicken. 

Thanks Bee! I am vego so will try it with tofu or veg protein -I've always been sad that only meat eaters got to eat butter chicken because the sauce is so nice, so it's exciting to be able to put it with tofu/veg protein/paneer
