An example of a typical workout nowadays. 6-7 days a week. Also a pic from today at 202.6 pounds. Done with the unplanned 2-3 month bulk, time to cut. Ending the bulk with a bench press of 275 for 9 reps. I think that was my best set and it happened today.

Does this give you a calorie count at all? I wish I had something more accurate to track and it would be nice to see all my lifts.

Inhuman! I can not imagine how you and your Princess lift almost every darn day. The weight you move is incredible, Diablo! No wonder you need 3 to 4000 calories a day to not "shrink" you. 😬

Incredible! You’ve definitely put on a whole lot more muscle since spring. And it’s so amazing when you realize that 200lbs can look so different on different people/body types. My husband is almost 200lbs and 5’9 and he looks completely different. Your dedication to your workouts is major goals, D! (Makes me feel better about working out more than 5 days a week.) It will be really interesting to see the results of your cut now that the bulk cycle is ending. Thanks for sharing!

You're looking fantastic as always Diablo, but reading all this just makes me exhausted, I may have to lie down and rest. LOL! 🌈

I don't think so DP. Thanks, Melissa. Had 4500 calories by the time I went to bed and lost .6 somehow. NNWD, thanks! Lifting makes all the difference! Thanks, Shirfleur!

That’s a lot of work! Always happy to see someone else using the Strong app. Great that you’re starting your cut with such a trim waistline. Any plans besides calorie reduction, perhaps workout related? Do you have a daily or a weekly average reduction in mind? Just picking your brain. 🏋️‍♀️

I won't change a thing besides aiming for a 500 calorie deficit on some days. Lifting remains the same to ensure I lose as little strength and lean mass as possible.

Awww... Did that auto correct to little ol' me? 😊❤️

your a freaking beast man. I've decided skinny and cut just has to be my place. as I try to lift heavy all the nagging little crap shows up I forgot about. those stupid little pains. elbow wrist ect. keep rocking it man.

I start getting all of that when I start to get lean. Reduced strength aches and pains are pretty common when bodybuilders diet for a show. I remember the elbow pains, they suck!

I've been meaning to get one of those chris. I have the wrist wraps. Those really help. But now the tension that joins to the base of my ulna is painful to the touch. Glad u said they help. Im going to pull the trigger now. Just hate wasting money on stuff that may or may not help.

You really do have a lot of back detail, and great balance and full development of the three heads of your deltoids. Have you had any problem areas that required special attention to keep up with the rest of your body? It appears that you have put a lot of thought into your development, as well as physical work; really good work!

Ooh-ooh- I know. (That brought to mind Arnold Horshack) But I suppose it isn't my question, so he can respond. :)

Dude- I loved that show but I was so young watching it that I don't think I recall many (if any) episodes.

Never heard of Horshack. I think my calves are a little behind. Supposedly to be symmetrical they should be as big as your arms though I don't know many lifters who are that fortunate. Mine are about 1 inch behind the arms at the moment. 16.5 inch arms 15.5 inch calves. The thighs are pretty good imo. I had a pic not too long ago.
