Started doing resistance band exercises ("bqnded pull aparts") and even minor weight training (aka front+lateral dumbell raises using 2 bottles of 1L Gatorade in lieu of dumbells which sort of hurt my fingers..gotta invest in some tiny 1kg dumbells hehe). my arms are already hurting, that good kind of sore that means you're doing the right thing. It's great how many exercises you can do in your own house with little to no equipment, so no need to pay for a gym membership (not that I could right now anyway coz they are all closed). I'm going to try and dona few exercises daily,, usually I'm up and energetic at night and I know that you're not supposed to do it at night bcozbits not as effective or you need to sleep to lose weight more efficiently blah blah.. but at the moment I am just doing what I can when I can, including at night. I need to do it when the inspo strikes recently, all the nutritional.stuff and exercise specificas, macros and all that stuff, it's information overload and hella confusing. I just need to just do what I can

I think not working out at night time is a myth, if you feel energetic at night time and want to do exercise then go for it 👍

Well my body clock has always been topsy turkey (literally since I was a very small child, I had a lot of trouble sleeping at night and then slept in in the day). So I figure I should take advantage of the energetic times no matter when they are. Sure I'm not following a precision plan like others where I know exactly how much kjs I will eat at each meal, and exectly when, and exactly when/how much exercise. I am just 'winging it' for now. Maybe it's because I don't have $$ for a personal trainer or dietician. BUT it means, I will make mistakes, i probably won't lose weight as much or quickly as I could and I'm probably not getting the most of out my weight loss journey as others. But I am doing my best, and I have managed to lose 3 kgs so far doing it this way, so for now I will keep doing the night exercises when I feel up to it, and recording what I eat and trying to keep it below 8000kjs a day, and hopwnfornthe best. !!

Totally do it when the mood takes you. That way you will enjoy it instead of seeing it as a chore!!
