Workout, flex Friday, and my snacks(beautiful woman in the background :P). I've never looked this lean at 205. This is usually my super out of shape weight so I'm pretty happy with this bulk.

D, the whole bulking and cutting cycle is fascinating to me. It’s amazing how much control you’re able to have with CICO and lifting. How many calories do you average when you’re cutting? And for how long do you normally go? Will be cool to see the results.

25-3500 on a cut and I think I averaged 4500 on my bulk lol.
