Speaking of "body by cake" on Flex Friday... after peeping Mr. The Diablo's back pose pic, something happened in my brains: I'd seen his a billion times, but I realized, I've never seen my own back lol. The only down-lighting in my house to get a shot was by using a hallway mirror, so a doorframe and mirror frame made taking these near impossible. Then I had the stroke of genius! Video and then snag some stills! So, a bit blurry, and I stuck at posing, but it was nice to see how the upper traps/scapula are coming along. Thank you, rack pulls 👍 And don't ask why I have big dimples/pockets in my upper back - I have no idea 😕

Nice back, dude! And your arms look really big too. You’re clearly killing it at the gym and with your crazy diet. That was a really creative way of capturing those photos. Btw, those pockets are called “dimples of venus” and they are there strictly for body shots.
