Woke at 234.3 (my new standard number, it seems), up 1.7 from yesterday. I will be largely fasting today but may eat dinner and a few protein drinks. Will be back on calorie target by mid-week. UPDATE: Protein coffee at noon but otherwise, fasted until dinner time. Got a great whoosh today and weighed 231.6 at 5 pm. Denise is doing pork schnitzel with broccoli and I will have a little of that for dinner.
