- Celery
- 1.5 apple
-3/4 mango
- 1 grapefruit (juiced)
- 8 blueberries
- frozen kale
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Daily Greens+Reds
- 3 tsp Greek Yogurt

Now I know what to do with my frozen kale!

Yesss@ It makes sure it doesn't go to waste (whereas the pressure to eat a whole kale (fresh) before it goes bad is stressful! I wash and chop it into small pieces, and put in a (reusable) sandwich bag silicone pouch thingy and freeze it. I guess you could take it out of freezer and cook/defrost it but Idk how nice that would be (probs too soggy) - i just use it for my smoothies! Cools them down too.
