This 2/5 diet seems to be working, and keeping a diary of what I eat is making me far more aware of 'nibbling'. I now stop myself before the stuff reaches my mouth. It is easier to not eat it than try to find the product and add it :)
78.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
