Okay..
With Christmas, my birthday and New Year it was hard to stick to even this diet :) My 2 days fast, 5 days normal eating has been working. Even tho a bit slower than I had hoped.
Now I have joined a "challenge" to log everything I eat.
I am pretty good at this since I joined FS. But the mini challenge of drinking 8 cups of water will be beyond me. :(
77.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
