Just made the Mini Meat Loaves posted in the recipe section. They were very good. I love the portion control by placing them in a muffin tin. My husband equally like it as well. I did use spicy mustard and I added fennel seed which I think definitely added to it. I really don't feel I will be hungry the rest of the night. The bad thing is that I seem to have had more fat in my diet today then usual. I hope it doesn't effect the scale adversely. Now time to relax before starting a 5 day week at work. I haven't had one of those in awhile. Ugh!
