Will sugar-free help much? There is a lot of fat in eggnog. And if you take away the sugar and the fat, all you have left is water. LOL

Substitute SWERVE for the sugar. You won’t be able to tell the difference. . Good grief. I’m starting to sound like a commercial.

Congratulations on meeting your goal - that is a great accomplishment. I am a fan of eggnog - but it I had to really look at how to keep it in my WoE. I look for the low/reduced fat versions and then only 1 serving based on the nutrition label. I did find a keto eggnog that was OK, but it required some time to make it from scratch. And Swerve is a good alternative if you need to add sugar.

I have been doing half egg nog/half plain milk. the commercial stuff is so sweet, it actually tastes better to me. you should also note that the serving size is 1/2 cup for 160 calories, so even that tiny bit packs quite a caloric punch.
