Jomo -thanks for noticing 💖 yes 8 did go off the rails eating wise and I was too ashamed to come back until I had it under control (now I write that down I totally realise how ridiculous it is)

Pretty good. Haven't been doing it as much as I'd like coz ivw had work to do and also my partner is back from the hospital and that's been a whole thing. Very stressful. But I want to get back to it prooperly
