Today is my fasting day. I kind of like it because I feel a bit more energized and don't have to think about the calorie content of foods...haha because I'm not eating any. Having had several surgeries over the past 2 years, I found that pre-surgery prep requires that no eating occur for about 2 days before surgery. Sure it was difficult but necessary. I learned that I could do what is necessary. Now gaining health through weight loss is what is necessary. I can do it and what ever discomfort there is is just that discomfort and no more.
