Ok. 2 restaurant meals have put my weight up again. It's ok 2 steps forward and 1 step back. It is the price I pay for being social. yet, I know that in a few days I'll be back down because I am determined. Just made a big pot of vegetable soup, good for about 12 cups and added 9 oz of chicken to get some protein. Soup will be my go to meal since I don't have any social engagements pending just now. That makes losing so much easier. Not stressing today...just making good choices for my next few days. J
