Thank you 😊 The Flatbread is made with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese & egg (1 for my serving) mix together then spread out onto at tray, bake in a hot oven 15mins - once cooked add Basil Pesto & sprinkle of Parmesan - Cook for another 10mins until cheese is melted. Make a spinach Salsa salad- baby spinach, cherry tomatoes & red onion. Dressing - lemon juice & olive oil. Roll salad in the Flatbread. Enjoy! You could add any of your favourite fillings. Give it a go & let me know your thoughts. 😃
