Got my IIFYM macros back on track today and got a nice bump in muscle mass during the daily weigh in. I literally evened up all the numbers before realizing I forgot the damned 42 grams of fiber. I got that in, but it added 350 calories and skewed the other numbers a bit. One more day of adjustment then... Let's do the numbers:

Today's IIFYM numbers:

My targets: 70 fat, 197 carbs, 42-53 fiber, 220 protein, 2306 cals
Today ate: 62 fat, 150 carbs, 42 fiber, 213 protein, 1934 cals
Running avg: 72 fat, 205 carbs, 42 fiber, 221 protein, 2396 cals
Tomorrow goal: 50 fat, 117 carbs, 42 fiber, 210 protein, 1758 cals

Here are the 2/10/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, no workout):

Weight - 217.2
Total body fat pct - 16.0
Total body water pct - 61.1
Visceral fat rating - 9
Muscle mass lbs. - 173.6
Physique rating - 6
Bone mass lbs. - 9.0
Daily calories: 4294 (BMR 2412)
Metabolic age - 22

Weight of 217 had me freaking until I saw the muscle mass. Based on the muscle mass and bones, an 11 percent body fat percentage would put me at 205! That's crazy... I'm clearly putting on some muscle using IIFYM and it looks like I may have to adjust my ultimate weight goal again. Cheers!
