Hey Jono, this is a delicious flatbread made from egg, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. Baked in the oven. The filling is a Tomato Salsa. It’s quick easy has great amount of protein & fat low in carbs. Which fits with my weight loss strategies plus it suits a Keto diet. A perfect substitute to bread👍🏽
