Baby Monkeh's Journal, 16 Feb 21

So I just measured myself, my last set of measurements were 3 weeks ago (21st Jan) and I have lost kind of an astounding amount of cms. The bike riding has been a revelation! I've gone from putting on or staying to same weight to losing a bunch!!

21st Jan:
- Hips: 122cm
- Waist: 95cm

16th Feb:
- Hips: 116.5cm
- Waist: 89.5cm

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Great stuff Monkeh! and doesn’t it feel great when you can get out there and do these things you had no hope of doing before! 😀 Very proud of you! 🏅 I’m the same with my walking. I power up hills at a fast pace now, ones that had me gasping at first - and my leg muscles are really developing.

Thanks Jomo, i am proud of you too!!!it is a great feeling, my calves are getting smaller and more defined. you are powering through this! I like walking but I never found i lost any weight with it, l probably wasn't going fast enough (especially with the dog). So that's why I love the bike, it forces me to lose weight instead of struggling to lpse anything with walking, and I'm getting stronger very quickly, I can travel to places easily and without burning petrol, AND it's fun!!!
