Woke at 227.3, down .9 from yesterday. This is the last day of this month's fasting-mimicking diet. I may do this once a month. 800 calories today. UPDATE: I've been pretty cold these past few days but especially today with low energy. I ended up taking a 2.5-hour nap, despite getting eight hours of sleep last night. But I woke up from my nap at 224.9.
