3700 cals a day and still having a hard time maintaining my weight. being on my feet constantly active at work 8-12hrs a day burns way too many calories, I've actually lost weight over the past month.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 58.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've heard mixing in protein powder or powdered milk into foods you prepare can help add calories. And also snacking on nuts or trail mix. Also drinking calories like smoothies etc.... hope you find some ways to be creative that will add extra cals without making you feel too full.

Thanks for the advice. I already add protein powder 3x meals (in my oats, in my greek yogurt, and cottage cheese before bed). The trail mix, and nuts hasn't been something I've thought about, but the idea sounds good. Thats a quick easy 200+ cals.
