So, I am having my nails done💅at the moment a little bit of special time to celebrate a new beginning💗here is to success!👗We went to the shopping centre today at lunch time and I am happy to say I had a healthy lunch no cookies added. Which is amazing for me - I am quite happy with the day!💕💕💕

Good on ya! The hardest part is resisting in the moment, esp when you're a bit hungry or tired and craving a boost (for me it's mainly coffee, but I also get rly into sweets too, just depends what's around, I'll essentially stuff it into my face (eating disorderrrr)
