i really struggled sticking to my guns during moving house & i've relaxed on both logging the data & paying attention to the excess calorie intake. today i start from the beginning all over again and i already know this is going to be a struggle to discipline myself again. Oh Great Round-a-bout of weight loss & gain will i ever stop circling you?!!!!!!!
