you're in great shape! I encourage my 41yr old son to get in a fitness routine. As for me, Im 63 with chronic health issues, but under doctor supervision i stay active and on a weight reduction diet. slow steady progress.

Thanks Woremelx, rbranson, and kbisa! Kbisa, I've had two sciatic nerve pinches so they are lagging. I'd guess max on deads and squats are about 450 each which is down from my PB. They should be well above my bench for sure lol
