Woke and did 30 minutes of HIIT on the bike because I have a class starting at 9:30 and won't be able to get to it later. Got some good BPM numbers, including several minutes at my peak heart rate. Weighed 223.3 after that, down .5 from yesterday. Friday was day five of my monthly five-day fasting-mimicking diet. I dropped a solid 7 pounds during that time. A lot of water, but I'm also back at body fat percentages I haven't seen in a few months. UPDATE: Took a five-hour class on Robotic Process Automation which was fascinating. I must have burned up a lot of brain calories because I fasted until 1:40 and got down to 222.6! Broke the fast with a massive dish of Greek Chicken, which had to be eaten (the original meal was last Sunday).
