I love infused olive oil. So far, I have tried garlic, chilli, orange, basil, rosemary, thyme and lemon. Bet you'll come up with even more delicious dishes with these.

Yum! There's a really interesting documentary out there on artisanal vinegar making, but I can't remember if it was on Netflix, YT or other. Yes, this is what I do with my time. LOL
