Day 1

Need to lose 4 kgs over next 4 weeks .

Aiming to drink 2 ltrs water per day.
Would think easy, but i DO NOT do water, so this is a big challenge for me🥺

I find very weak tea easier to get down than water. There are a few herbal types that aren’t TOO bad

Just have a water bottle with you constantly and keep sipping. I start the day with a warm tumbler full of water about 400 ml to get the whole process underway. A recent study showed that people lost about half a kilo a week by just drinking an extra 8 glasses of water per day, no other changes to diet or activity, whereas the control group lost none.

A good idea I’ve seen is putting time markers on your drink bottle, like 1pm 2pm and space it out so you can pace yourself over the day

Try the cold water infusions they are lovely and low cals or anything fruit or sparkling water x
