Waking weigh in of 208.0 is a bit disappointing after staying exactly on my daily calorie deficit plan. Will keep going and the drop will come. Weight lifting tonight and a daily calorie intake of about 1700-1800.

Our bodies are strange and wonderful things. We know it's just an up tic and will drop tomorrow or even later today.

I guess you always post before you eat, ie plan your day? A lot of folks do that. Guess it's smart if you know what you are eating, and gives you a clue how much you have left to 'spend/eat" at days end. I guess I tend to do that too, more so now when I am on a roll. Dinner for me is always a crap shoot as hubby cooks and as I have no idea what's coming I try to leave a big enough window for whatever he dreams up. I'm so lucky to come home to a good meal every night. Sort of like most men :) Enjoy your eating out today. Make smart choices :)

I like to plan my meals ahead too! Gives me a more structured day on my eating habits. Keeps me honest about eating and about not eating other things. Awesome idea about the "Save Meal". I haven't used that feature yet. Keep up the great work!!!
