am not even 1kg more than i was last week and 6wks ago but since I've stopped my 10km walks nightly ive noticed my legs and belly hav changed for the bad ...going all flabby again 👎

Keep up the walking or if you can’t, do a workout routine at home, just get moving any way you can.
