I can't believe I lost this much this week. Last week I put on 0.3kg but was too ashamed to record my weight journal. total loss this week 1.5kg
103.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
