Only had two yesterday plus 1 cookie. 2k calories. Back to normal today. 3k is planned, can't be losing the gains. :D

Right on! I had a donut for breakfast. I balanced out my diet with a salad with lots of protein for dinner and a protein blueberry smooth for lunch! Who says we can't eat donuts?!!! Moderation right?!
