Gained back some weight as I had a cheat day yesterday. I’m glad I did as I felt soooo sick after eating Maccas and pizza chicken wings and wine In one day. It’s so strange after not eating that food for a while it tasted sooo salty but but I still like it. Glad to be back on my diet today I think my stomach size must have shrunk a little since I couldn’t eat as much as usual. Im happy about that since it always feels like I could keep eating and never get full no matter what I ate
56.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are super strict with your diet you will find the initial cheat day will turn into a single cheat meal because all the fat and sugar will make you feel terrible afterwards. I tend to just do two cheat meals per week (one dinner and one lunch etc). I can eat a whole pizza, 6 wings and half a garlic bread plus dessert in one go haha :)

I’m glad I’m not the only one that can down a pizza wings and garlic bread in one sitting ! 😆 you are definitely right it does make you feel terrible. And yet I still crave for the junk food lol
