Air fried salmon fillet. Air fried yellow potato w/butter and greek yogurt. Grapes. Coffee w/superfood creamer and coconut sugar. Im stuffed!

Sounds lovely! My husband, unexpectedly, got a little air fryer today. It as a super sale and then he got an extra discount from having points or some such thing. I have no idea what to do with it, but I guess we will try to learn! 😁

I use my air fryer for "fried" chicken. It's the best!! I have used ground up pork rinds for breading. Good! It makes a good whole chicken too, you need the large one though. It is definitely used in my house.
