I'm experiencing an interesting phenomena. I'm not eating enough calories for my low calorie diet. I've actually had to eat extra food. I finally reached my 1200 calorie goal, but it was actually hard. I'm starting to focus on food so much that I'm almost afraid to eat. At the same time I know if I don't eat my calories my body will shut down and I won't lose weight. Don't get me wrong I LOVE food, but right now food and I are in couples therapy.
