Had some oats w peanut butter, strawberry jam, protein powder and banana for breakfast, panda express for lunch, and this air fried tortilla crusted tilapia, 4oz linguine, white sauce and broccoli for dinner. I'm way behind on calories today but it's ok I wasn't very active.
