Around a week ago I developed some pretty bad dental pain, it caused me some rough nights sleep in the week long wait to see the dentist in town yesterday. wisdom tooth removed and I'm astounded now that I'm thinking back over the food choices I've made during this saga. how did I eat so much chocolate and other nonsense with such gum pain?!
