Has anyone tried the Zig Zag diet, also known as calorie shuffling?
I have been on my new healthy eating plan as laid out by a dietitian to lose weight and lower bad cholesterol for around 2 months and have lost over 8 kgs but seem to be a little stuck on this plateau.
I have been reading that the body gets used to our new habits and holds on to weight no matter how much you exercise or how little we eat and was wondering if I try this new way of eating I will trick my body back into good weight loss 😊
Any thoughts appreciated ❤️

I haven’t tried zig zag diet but jumping around with daily calorie intake is definitely something I do since I have two fast days a week….well I have been slack lately but started this week again.

I have been on this diet for around 2 weeks now and am not noticing much difference in weight loss, but it’s nice to have two days a week that I can eat more to enjoy things that I normally don’t eat or drink. Still staying within my weekly calorie intake. Lets see how it pans out 🥂
