I managed to keep my total calories under control today, and finished eating before 6.....but my carbs were WAY up. Yes, I have a sweet tooth (understatement!)...but at least I'm choosing healthier sweets and staying within my cals.
This really was a 'comfort food' kinda day for hubby & me....hope to get more clean food in tomorrow.

Comfort food for us is Marie Calendar's for lunch, tomorrow. I've been having a hankering for a turkey-dinner & pumpkin pie. :-P
