Oh that is fantastic. And I love the red isn't from tomatoes. I love your meals with a passion, but I have never learned to love tomatoes... I know it is a character flaw. 😂

You had oxtail but no pic, 😔. That's a foodies dream plate. It's a special dinner in my house when I want to make hubs very happy, b/c it's so rich & delicious. They were inexpensive homestyle Chinese food until the food world caught on.
I also make it Spanish style, not authentic but delicious.
