Yes it has sodium in it but it has half the sodium that regular teriyaki sauce has in it because regular teriyaki sauce has 550 g of sodium

Looks like a winner to me. As I progressed through the year I began to weigh less frequently, often going 2 weeks between recorded weights. As weigh day approached, I learned to avoid high salt days and focused on fresh fish and vegetables that have a diuretic effect - cauliflower, cabbages, etc. I drink extra water on the 2 or 3 days before weighing.

gastropod, yes it's a winner and it's really good I used it tonight and some chicken stir fry and it was pretty good they also have like sweet and sour sauce and barbecue sauce and sweet chili sauce they have all kinds of brands I got them at Walmart and I know what you mean about weighing I've been trying really hard the last few days to keep my sodium level down been doing okay thank you for your support and you have mine.

Brenda - Almost all the food I eat is made in my kitchen. I really try stay away from processed packaged food items but have a half dozen or more condiments like this in my fridge. They can be key to keeping meals interesting and give you the ability to change the flavor profile without adding a bunch of calories and sodium. They are also a time saver for reducing time in the kitchen. I think it is a wise choice. Sometimes I want something fast and quick and that is when they come in handy !
