Draglist's Journal, 18 Oct 21

Woke at 225.1, up 1.0 from yesterday, after a lot of protein and fat with three big meals. Today begins this month's fasting-mimicking diet. It's complicated a bit by the fact that I'm working a charity golf tournament this afternoon, and I am announcing an awards banquet in North Carolina this Friday night. In between times, I'll make the best possible choices. I'll be driving, so I will take the scale with me to track progress. UPDATE: Had some good whoosh movement this morning and weighed 223.6 just before I walked out the door at 12:30 pm. I fasted until dinner and then ate some salad and veggies from the buffet. And then my friend Courtney invited me out to dinner (part two) to wait until rush hour died down before I drove home. We ate lobster bisque and salmon salads. Not exactly fasting-mimicking, but I'll jump into that tomorrow.
