Changing my goal weight. Got plans for marathon training. In it for the long run 🏃‍♀️
#Embrace Progress Not perfection 💪🏼
54.2 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.1 kg a Week
