still holding @ 266 not that I'm complaining but I'm ready to move along now maybe i need to cut down more carbs any suggestions FSF?

great meal. Carbs are not the enemy. Processed, unnatural forms of foods and food substances are. Weight loss is not just about calories. It's how your body and your individual constitution handles and processes the information you give to it. Try sticking to ONLY foods that mother earth has to offer in its natural form for awhile and see how you feel. No powders, potions, packaged or processed. Also be aware of your thoughts. Your cells are always listening. When you treat them with respect and compassion, they will work with you and in a wholly harmonious way together in order to bring about the full expression of health. That my friend is our true state. One of balance, harmony and equilibrium. Be well, Namaste 🙏

I understand your frustration hon...but you are dealing with a lot of emotional stuff right now too! I think you are doing amazingly well at holding and continuing portion control and healthy choices (except for maybe not McDs 😉). Hugs and kudos to you for all your effort and support to us all out here in FS land🤗👍💙

Don't over complicate things. Eat less, move more and be consistent about it. If you're already eating a ridiculous low amount of calories then bump them up a bit and just expend more energy. Go for a walk after each meal, even if it's just back and forth and around in your house --- just move.

My suggestion would be to get serious and weigh and measure your food. Your pictures don’t match the calories you are recording. Also move more. Good luck!

Thanks Crystaljo for your honesty, yes I am dealing with a lot and I realize that and thanks for that I will try to stay away from Mickey D's lol it was the quickest thing to eat at that time.

That's true Livetoeat I only take pictures of my first meal of the day and I don't eat the same calories every day, I never tried measuring my food thanks for your help
