Pretty pleased with myself this morning. I have successfully reached my goal of trying to lose 25kg by the end of the year. I only have to get rid of another 2.5 and I will have lost a quarter of my original body weight. My new years resolution will be in continue on this journey towards my eventual goal weight. So I will stick with low carb - trying to stay under 20 grams of carbs per day. Smaller portions - the stomach of a person who has had gastric bypass surgery will only hold around 125mls and while I haven't cut back that drastically I only eat what will fit in a cereal bowl. Supplements - I take quite a few vitamin and mineral supplements to keep healthy while my diet is restricted. Exercise - walking 3-4 kms every other day while I play Pokémon Go or follow the Zombies Run exercise app on my phone. And lastly at least Rona brought something good, the worry of obesity being a Corona virus comorbidity was what finally spurred me into action after years of being large. Anyway, Happy New Year everyone and let's hope 2022 is better than the last two years have been.

Thanks, I do feel alot better. Lots of clothes bagged for the op-shop and rediscovering old clothes I haven't been able to fit into for years.
