The scale is stuck and rightfully so. I'm eating okay but not as well as I was. I'm very busy right now but I am not getting as many steps in. I'm stressed and not sleeping well. This is not conducive to weight loss. I'm okay with it until my body and I are ready to push on. We are tired and need to coast a little.
