Down another 4K the last 9 days yet the scale shows no change. Ugh. Silly scale is lying to me! But I’m not sleeping well so that plays a part. The queso and 2 tacos last night didn’t help either. Trying to drink a lot to flush out all that salt so will see what the silly scale says in a few more days :).
