Tim Huffman's Journal, 08 Nov 14

Week one just about in the books. Right back on track with 16/8. Weight lifting leaves a little to be desired because I'm really out of shape but a couple weeks will fix all of that. I can say that since drinking BCAA regularly again I am noticing that I feel tighter already even with the weak workouts. Lots of busy work needed today but plan to hit a lunchtime workout along with some Cardio today and tomorrow. Will hit 10,000 steps today and tomorrow. I'm expecting a nice week one drop then sure to level off in the following weeks.
