Saturday - Allowing myself some leeway on weekends - fortunately!

Had figure skating in the morning as usual, and did some walking sorting out formal dresses and shoes for daughter 1, but wore the wrong shoes :(

Also walked to the shops twice because I didn't check the ingredients list, and haven't missed my bike challenge yet. Just as well - because my hubby's wonderful cooking for dinner meant that I shot way past the 1200 calorie weight loss goal for the day, but managed to stay inside the 1800 RDI for women in everyday life.

Sunday - Expected to blow the hard work of the week today with a sleep in and a restaurant lunch for our anniversary. I will NOT cease to enjoy life on special occasions, especially those with creme caramel at the end of them!
Was very pleased to see that I have only just hit the 1200 cal mark after a wonderful lunch, should be able to stay under 1800 for the whole day.
Assuaged the guilt a little with the 15 min on the bike - back to the hard work again tomorrow...
