Hi everyone,
I have been on my weight loss journey for 2 years now I am currently 64.4kgs, trying to get to 54kgs, my original weight was 98kgs so I am pretty happy. I am doing keto and intermittent fasting, hopefully will be at my goal weight in 3 months. I do strength training 4 days a week and run the same.

wow what an effort!! well done. I've found the strength training to be most beneficial towards my weightloss. To see and feel the muscle definition and body toning changes makes all that hard work worthwhile. 😊 well done so far.
