Hi everyone, I have been on my weight loss journey for 2 years now I am currently 64.4kgs, trying to get to 54kgs, my original weight was 98kgs so I am pretty happy. I am doing keto and intermittent fasting, hopefully will be at my goal weight in 3 months. I do strength training 4 days a week and run the same.
