Hmmm...muscle weighs more than fat...there had better be a significant amount of muscle added from my training in the last week! A little cranky about the fact that I have averaged net calories of -1060 per day over the last seven days and weight has gone up 0.3 kg since last weigh in a week ago.

well mathematically speaking, its just about impossible for it to be fat! I somwthow went up 2.5kg overnight, it was totally baffling. im starting to think taking an average of two or three days might be more useful! it sounds like youre doing all the right things, hang in there!
