We have a pretty and healthy baby girl, 7.6 pounds. Mom and baby doing well. Exhausted great gramma. She was born @ 12:01 this morning. They didn't induce mom as her water broke just as she arrived at the hospital. She had a long add day. So cool, I was in on the delivery. 2 1/2 hours of sleep then work today, home @1:15 am. I'm crashing tonight, should run to the hospital but too tired. Will see them soon, they live about 50 miles south.
Didn't track food yesterday, no clue what was in things I ate at the food day yesterday at work. Fitbit said 11480 steps. Lots of walking in the hospital, I think I walked a mile just trying to find a vending machine for a Pepsi, new mom really wanted one after she delivered. They mostly had coke no Pepsi, also a long trek from the parking lot to maternity. I don't drink soda but...
Early to bed, maybe dinner, maybe not, maybe scrambled eggs and corn tortillas with a few chopped veggies, hot sauce and cheese. That sounds doable, easy quick, within my plan. Thinking out loud here.
